CIGNA of GA reduces rates for their individual health plans

CIGNA will reduce their health insurance rates up to 18% after the first of the year.  This move should make Cigna very competitive in the affordable health insurance market in Georiga. 

In addition to these changes, CIGNA now also offers a co-pay for emergency room visits.  Previously, emergency room visits were subject to deductible and co-insurance.
