It appears that everyone is promoting prevention rather than cure and Coventry Health Insurance is no different.
Except perhaps it is - with their coaching and health risk assessment to engage employees with their better health.
Employees start the program by taking a health risk assessment (HRA). HRA results become the basis for personalized digital coaching programs. Programs are prioritized to the member’s greatest areas of need, desire and ability. Additional coaching programs are available to address the most common areas of concern. Programs include, but are not limited to:

- Tobacco cessation
- Nutrition improvement
- Physical activity
- Stress management
- Cholesterol management
- Blood pressure management
