Kaiser GA opens new medical centers

Kaiser GA is opening new medical centers in Georgia, at East Cobb and Downtown Decatur to give members access to convenient care in more locations.

A spokesman for Kaiser said, "Like our other facilities in Georgia, you'll benefit from leading-edge technology at our new medical centers, including our electronic medical record system. You'll even be able to e-mail your doctor's office and securely access parts of your health record online at kp.org."

Both medical centers will provide a variety of services including:

• Adult medicine
• Pediatrics / adolescent medicine
• Pharmacy
• Radiology
• Limited lab services

Kaiser has made switching to one of the new locations easy via Kaiser's electronic medical record system. There is no need to transfer paper medical records from one medical center to another. If patients have received care at any of Kaiser's Georgia medical centers, their information is already on the system.
